BOOK FAIR THIS WEEK
Math - 1st - 6th your PERFORMANCE Assessment is DUE next week. Please be sure your students have completed those and your scores are uploaded into Mastery Connect. We will be reviewing those Tuesday during PLC meetings and I will need you to bring student work.
SCIENCE - 4th - 6th. Please bring PERFORMANCE Assessments for your students as well. They should also be uploaded into Mastery Connect.
Ms. Huggins and I will both be conducting parts of the formal observation process including but not limited to walk-thru's, pre-conferences, observations, and post conferences.
3rd - 6th Grade:
3rd Quarter Progress Reports - 3rd - 6th Grade: PLEASE SEND THIS EMAIL TO ALL OF YOUR 3RD - 6TH GRADE TEACHERS -
The grade cycle for posting 3rd Quarter Progress Reports will be open Thursday, January 31, 2019. The ending date for this grade cycle is Friday 02/01/2019. Grades that are to be included in the Quarter 3 Progress Report cycle should be dated 01/07/2019 - 02/01/2019. Parent/Teacher conferences start on Thursday evening February 7th, teachers should be posted no later than Tuesday February 5 by end of day. Wednesday, February 6 - run the report missing grades, have the teachers fix, print and check and distribute on Wednesday afternoon.

Sign onto Campus Click on the Grade Book Tab on the left hand side of the screen. Make sure that your Term is = Qtr 3Section = Do this for each section except for HomeroomTask = Quarter GradeClick on SettingsClick on Grade Calc Options -If you have already set up a section you will not get this message - if you have NOT tried or have set up a section you will get this message - just click on continueClick on Fill OptionsClick on Fill Calculation Type - pick In Progress GradeGrading Scale = ElementaryPlease Check Weight Categories (This is because you are weighting your categories) You should be weighting and using 2 categories Classwork and weight it at 90% and Homework and weight it at 10%Now click okClick SaveDo this for every section -Now Click on Categories in the settings tabYou are now setting up the two categories that you will be building your assessments onDaily Work - Type this in the Name fieldCheck the Section Box (they will all fill in)Key 90 in the Weight Box (they will all fill in)Click SaveRepeat this step but now Name your Category Home Workand Weight at 10%Now you can ADD+ your Assessments - you should have 3 assignments per week per core class.
